Trustmark helps keep fundraising at supermarkets and other essential-service locations safe, respectful, and positive for the public.
These spaces matter. They’re busy, everyday environments where people should feel comfortable going about their lives.
Trustmark exists to make sure fundraising in these settings works well for everyone — the public, charities, fundraisers, and host sites.
⸻
We’re recruiting everyday shoppers to become Trustmark Observers.
Observers are not inspectors, enforcers or judges.
You’re simply sharing how real fundraising interactions actually feel.
As an observer, you:
Receive an assignment for a store in your area
Visit the store as you normally would (within a set time window)
Interact naturally if a fundraiser approaches you
Share your honest experience in a short online report (around 2-5 minutes)
That’s it.
Each completed report goes into a monthly draw to win a $150 gift card for that same store.
⸻
Some fundraisers interactions feel respectful and appropriate.
Others can feel uncomfortable, pressured, or intrusive.
The difference matters.
Your feedback helps ensure that:
Good fundraisers are recognised and supported
Poor conduct is identified early and corrected
Supermarkets can continue allowing fundraising safely
Public comfort and trust are protected
No single report determines outcomes. What matters are patterns over time.
Your role helps improve a system many people encounter, but few get to influence.
⸻
All reports are anonymous
Your identity is never shared with fundraisers, agencies or host sites.
Personal information is only used to verify eligibility and issue prizes
Observations are assessed in aggregate, not individually
Full Terms and Privacy Policy are provided during sign-up.
